This policy applies to all employees, freelancers, contractors, suppliers and anyone working with or for our agency. It covers all aspects of employment and business practices, including recruitment, pay, training, promotion, client work and everyday workplace conduct.

5. Raising Concerns
If any employee or contractor believes they have been treated unfairly, harassed or discriminated against, they are encouraged to raise the matter with their line manager. If this is not appropriate, concerns can be raised directly with a Director. All concerns will be taken seriously, investigated promptly, and handled confidentially.
6. Responsibilities
• All staff are expected to treat colleagues, clients and suppliers with respect and to uphold this policy.
• Managers and directors are responsible for promoting equality, ensuring this policy is followed, and taking action where issues arise.
7. Review
This policy will be reviewed regularly and updated as necessary to reflect changes in legislation or business practices.
